If you’re unfamiliar with the site, etsy is an e-commerce website where users sell their handmade and or vintage items. Users get their own storefront where they can promote their own products for sale. The best thing about etsy is that it’s a broad range site – literally anything you could think of under the sun is available for sale!
While doing my browsing on etsy, I found a shop that stopped me dead in my tracks. I was drawn in by the absolutely stunning illustrations of Jessica Durrant, etsy shop named @JessicaIllustration. Taking fashion and artistic illustrations to an unmatchable level, come see why JessicaIllustration is this week’s chic.toronto.fave.
If you remember from a few chic.toronto.faves posts ago, WANTABLE is a monthly subscription box for either beauty or jewellery that is specifically catered to you. By simply taking a quiz, you get to pick your own preferences in terms of beauty and jewellery likes to ensure that you get a box that totally screams ‘you‘.
In the past, I’ve had a subscription to the WANTABLE jewellery box (see review here) and I adored it. I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun it was to get jewellery in the mail every month. It was always a special surprise! Yet I was always curious about the beauty side of the website.
I was lucky enough to get exclusive access to a beauty box that was specifically catered to me. How did I like it? Read on!
Alessandra is a HUGE fan of THE BODY SHOP. After hearing her rave about this product, I knew she had to write a review!
THE BODY SHOP has done it again! As some of you may know I absolutely love the products from THE BODY SHOP. You can find a previous post about their Nutriganics Drops of Youth serum on chic where I also mention my love for their Tea Tree Oil skin care line. Recently while online stocking up on skin care essentials, I came across their fairly new line of Beautifying Oils and decided to give one a try. Instant love!
chic.toronto has been around only since March, but I am insanely proud of it’s progress. Because of readers like you, I can now state that I have over 1,000 followers over the various forms of social media, and the blog itself.
I’m beyond floored. I didn’t anticipate that anyone would read this site when I started, and I’m insanely happy and humbled it’s gotten this far in less than a year.
Because of that, I’ve decided to host a GIVEAWAY to my loyal readers! Included? A whole bunch of chic.fave items that I’m sure you’ll love just as much as I do! Included are items that I’ve reviewed in the past on chic.toronto, others are just some of my tried and true favourites that are always in my beauty, style, literature and movie arsenal.
Come see what can be yours and enter, all after the cut!
